No matter what stage you are in life, there are simple resources and strategies that will be invaluable when faced with grief due to loss in any form.
With a wide range of experience in helping people in times of need, facilitators Annah Elizabeth and Donna Smith will provide you with information and activities that will give you personal insight and tools that will not only help you now, but simple steps you can implement to help bring a little ease when faced with the unexpected, diagnosis, death, or loss in many forms.

Donna V. Smith is a holistic practitioner, an ACE certified Personal Trainer, and an End of Life Doula trained (through INELDA) to provide insight to transition needs, care, decisions and resources for both the patient and caregivers. She is the founder of The Lotus and Lily Center.
