Happy Monday, Journeyer!
As you read this post, may you recall some of the moments that fed your happy last week.
Did a sunrise or sunset bring peace or a sense of awe and wonder to your soul?
Did the sight of a hummingbird or butterfly or baby bunny bring you a childlike joy?
Did the whiff of fresh flowers or wildflowers or essential oil fill your senses with pleasure?
Did a hug melt your heart?
Did someone kiss your face or forehead and make you feel loved?
Did the ting ting ting of a wind chime stir some peace inside you?
Did a slight breeze lift an oppressive heat from your skin?
Did you celebrate you or someone in some small or big way?
Did another person’s gift of time or energy fill you with gratitude?
Did a starlit sky or the grasshopper’s song help you relax at the end of a long day?
Did a warm bath or hot tub soak soothe your aching or fatigued muscles?
If you answered “Yes” to any of these questions, then your happy organ was filled with something positive last week, Journeyer.
That means you were happy.
Remember our motto: “Just like the proverbial shit happens, happy happens.”
Happy is not a destination, it’s a journey and the more we honor those fleeting moments that fill us with something positive, the brighter our paths become.
[Tweet theme=”basic-white”]Each time we honor a happy moment, it’s like adding a light to the path we’re walking.[/Tweet]
I am happy to have had my last week’s path lit by the lights of those things mentioned above.
One of the other, most exciting and humbling and reverential aspects of my past week is all about you, Journeyer.
You’ve trusted me with bringing you inspiration and information on how to heal your heartaches and I am honored and happy to now bring you even more resources to help you find resolution in your strife.
As many of you know, I’ve spent the summer in various types of training, so that I can better serve you and your desires to live your best personal, professional, and philanthropic lives by letting go of conflict and grief.
I’m honored and a little tickled pink to now be able to offer both traditional and alternative therapies to help you heal.
And I’m thrilled that by adding my support systems and products to the website I can now serve even more of you, which will enable Us-as in You and Me-to make an even greater impact on the world around us.
I’m also in awe of the way in which my website designer took my rudimentary thoughts and text webpage layouts and spun them into something so beautifully brilliant.
My Website Guy’s talents and patience and eye for detail are definitely other things that lit up my happy last week.
Even as a little girl I dreamt of helping heal a world of hurt. I eventually realized the way we do that is the same way we create any kind of affect on the world: One person, one word, one story at a time.
Unity, togetherness, is what it’s all about, Journeyer.
When we are happy, energized, positive, we not only model those traits, we spread positivity to those around us.
Just as shit flows downhill and our negative moods impact those around us, so does our happy flow outward, uplifting the energy and the hearts and the hopes of those who are ready to receive or are striving for their own resolution.
Isn’t it miraculous that by changing you, You change the world?
Your world and the world of your neighbors, be they local, regional, or global.
It’s truly all about you, Journeyer!
I’d be honored to help you find resolution in any of the areas you feel stuck or for those you believe are holding you back from living your best life.
One of the specialty coaching programs I’m doing right now helps those who are having a difficult time with their children heading off to college and those having a difficult time with the Empty Nest.
I’m grateful for all of you who continue to read, share, and support this work for together we are helping heal a world of hurt.
Thank you, Journeyer, for being here and for allowing me to serve your happy.
I look forward to our newest adventures together!

Love this…. I enjoyed looking out my kitchen window and seeing an egret fishing in the lake. They are so graceful. Best to you, Annah Elizabeth, and have a good week.
Thank you, Mary Lee! Egret’s are so graceful and what a joy to have a lake outside your window! I can imagine the many happy moments that sneak into your weeks.
